Unnatural Causes: Is Inequality Making Us Sick? is a PBS series (released in 2008) which details how profoundly economic inequality in the United States is affecting health outcomes. Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate the entire series online, but there are several fascinating clips available on YouTube.

In this video, the speaker makes a case that wealth inequality makes the wealthy live longer and that health leads to wealth. It isn't the first thing she speaks of, but it's relevant.
