'The Iron Dream'
Science fiction by Norman Spinrad.
Supposedly from 'The Lord of the Swastika' by Adolf Hitler. Set in a alternative future, one in which Herr Hitler fails to unite Germany and instead becomes a Hugo Award winning writer, it's well worth reading if only as a science fictional 'what if?'
I got my copy way back in the mid 1970s from 'Panther'. I think it's still available, but some searching may be required. Worth it though.
