Danzig is so up his own arse. Oh well, Mr Conservative who took over after he left was... well, a conservative, and it doesn't get much worse than that when one of them is joining such an inspirational band. Jerry's a nice guy, but it's just not the same band anymore. I guess I should go see them when they next play in London; I think they already did a gig here recently.

I take it you're referring to Michale Graves. He is indeed a reactionary, but was a great addition to the Misfits. I find the music recorded with Graves to be far superior to the music recorded with Danzig. I also find Graves' solo work to be more enjoyable than Danzig's. As an artist, Danzig lacks originality (he is nothing more than a cheap impression of the likes of Jim Morrison). As for Jerry, regardless of his friendly demeanor, his petit-bourgeois inclination has destroyed the band.

Don't get me wrong, I do like Graves' music with the band, but it was obviously never the same feel when he joined. As for Danzig's lack of originality, I would call him more of a socially retarded reincarnation of Elvis Presley in punk form.
