Well, I think I should give my contribution here.

First Squad is an anime that is putted in the first couple of months of the Nazi Germany's invasion of USSR. It's an anime from the perspective of a Russian teenager girl who was the member of a special squad inside of Red Army, which was trained for "supernatural warfare".
