I want to build this site and I want to make real progress with all of you.

Is this just a private forum for a few friends? Or is this an actual place to help bring new forms of government to the world? I think we could do marvelous things if we worked together and actually did something with our beliefs rather than just sitting here debating and intellectualizing. There's a time for all things. A time for debate, and dialogue, a time for education and a time for action. We're lacking sorely in action.

For some people this may just be a fun hobby, but for those of us who actually give a krap, it's important that we take our convictions seriously. Democracy in the USA is crumbling, and the progress towards egalitarianism that affects all of us is seriously beginning to be dialed back. It's time we take a stand, organize formally and make a difference.

-The wage gap is increasing.

-Workers rights are under attack all across the world, and even in America.

-Democracy and democratic process is becoming more corrupted and unstable than it's ever been before. With the above economic conditions and the voter apathy we're dealing with in the USA, I would say we're on the fast track to pseudo-feudalism.

-The NSA is cracking down on political dissidents and spying on everyone.

I don't mean to panic anyone, but something needs to be done. The conservative movement that normally gives a krap about this stuff has gone off the loony deep end, and liberals don't care at all.

The time has come for a third option in the American political scene. And I want it to be something we push forward. Something we create. We can do it.

Who has the chutzpah to put their money (and time) where their mouth is?

I definitely have some stuff planned. (Also, conservatives don't give a crap about this stuff because they're causing it. In fact, I consider the Democrats to have finally degenerated into a centrist-conservative party considering their recent record. But, that is another topic for another day.)

Anyways, I'm planning on starting a political party when I have the base to do so. But for the time being, I'm just going to speak my mind.
