Manly things (kettle bells)
Just got my two 16KG(35LBS) Kettle-bells and am trying to incorporate some heavy kettle bell lifting into my high volume conditioning program.
I tried some KB training at my cousins once and I was amazed how a 35pound weight could kick my ass!
I love that it is functional too, fuck tricep extensions and curls!
Any KB exercises would be appreciated, I will incorporate a few into my Olympic lifting days.

Single-arm clean-and-presses are good. 20 each arm should be a decent set at that weight.
