Well things got a bit psycho in the 80s but that was ages ago now.

Some people enjoy relatively playful fighting- its a part of human nature. As long as it doesnt go to far I dont see the big deal.

Young people in Britain spend most of weekend getting as drunk as they can and fighting over things far less important than football such as where your place in the Taxi or Kebab line is,or whom knocked into whom on the dance floor and other trivial incidents,even the chicks get involved sometimes.

Drunken fighting is practically a right of passage for the working class normally starting somewhere between 16-18 and finished somewhere before 25.
