Socialismo Nazionalitario. An italian small reality

Hi to all comrades!

I've recently joined an italian web-forum called "Socialismo Nazionalitario". The term "Nazionalitario" sounds like "patriotic" or "anti-imperialistic nationalism". Nothing to do with jingoism , fascism or Ns. We reject fascism because it wasn't revolutionary and we clearly do not support corporatism, colonialism etc...

But we're not obsessed like "Antifa Action". The real enemy today is not fascism or neofascism. The real enemy, as you know, is called GLOBAL CAPITALISM.

By the other hand we are not communists (Stalinists and so on) 'cause marxist-leninism is a dogmatic and paranoid ideology.

The program, in brief, is this:

1) Fight against global capitalism and spillage from Atlantic Alliance, International Monetary Fund, European Union and from all the capitalist and imperialist organizations.

2) Creation of an anti-liberal thought based NOT on totalitarian view but on a comunitarian conception.

3) Rejection of parlamentary democracy and support for direct democracy.

4) Institution of three form of property a) state property b) socialized property c) private property (small forms of it. Like under NEP)

5) Not racism nor multiculturalism. we accept sustainable forms of immigration, but we are in favor of cooperation with third world countries, so that their inhabitants are not forced to leave their motherland. It is not xenophobic rethoric. The Russian Communist Party and Common Course (an old Danish Socialist Party) supported similar positions.

6) Secular state in compliance with the various religious denominations (as long as these do not interfere with the political and social life)

7) Enviromental policies against pollution, nuclear energy (we support alternative and renewable resources) and against wild cementification. We're also against vivisection althought many of us are NOT vegan or sXe.

8 ) Nationalization of banks and creation of popular currency (see Silvio Gesell's theories)

9) Freedom of speech and freedom of sexual orientation.

10) Plans to promote art and other forms of human expression.

We are NOT a political party and we live under the fire of the right-wing and left-wing nostalgics. Our proposal can be describes as "Fourth Way". Beyond capitalism, marxism-leninism and fascism. We would like to dialogue with you all, as possible, and promote the birth of a social-patriotic network on the web. Hope to read your positive answers.

Welcome to the Socialist Phalanx, unorthodox.

Thank you for taking the time to introduce your group to us, as well as expound upon aspects of its ideological foundation. I would be glad to share my opinion on it when I have time.

I will be sure to browse through the Socialismo Nazionalitario website and I look forward to opening up a dialog with its members. (I will bring the group to the attention of the ECRSF — which governs this forum.)

P.S. With respect to your threads that I moved to the opposing views section, I hope you understand why I took that particular action and look forward to your replies.

We write in italian language but if you (or the other comrades) want to know something about our discussions contact me with no problem (I'll send to you my e-mail adress on pvt). Our little community is living hard times. Communists say that we're fascists and fascists say that we're communists. Obviously we're beyond these old categories and we promote a humanistic and patriotic socialist attitude. ONE IMPORTANT THING. Our movement have nothing to do with other similar name group from Italy. Probably you will find on Google "comunisti comunitari" (marxists) and "socialisti nazionali" (anticapitalist guys but linked to social fascism). SOCIALISMO NAZIONALITARIO is a different and indipendent formation. We're geographycally far away but I believe in the importance of collaboration between the "national left" groups all around the world. For example: I'm totally unable to realize a youtube video. But if one day you should create a video with the names of political groups from around the world, I hope to see our (at the time we're spreading your webstie to Italian comrades). Socialist greetings!

The problem is this: in Italy the term "nation" has always been exploited by neo-fascist right. When some socialists had tried to combine this term with the struggle in favour of working class... they were accused of being like crypto-fascists. It happened some years ago with the " communitarian communists " despite their leader is a well known and intelligent marxist philosopher. The same thing happens to us today. Our reference points are NOT mussolini or Codreanu. We estimate the Italian patriots (as Garibaldi, Mazzini and Pisacane) and we study both Marx and Proudhon, trying to find a synthesis between this two different thinkers. But we look with interest to the Sorel's revolutionary syndicalism and we appreciate NOT fascist syndicalists like De Ambris, Labriola and Corridoni. We also focused our attention on famous statesmen (Sandinistas, Peron, Haya de la Torre, Nehru, Nasser, Chavez and so on) but we try to interpret their "political route" through a libertarian and participatory reading. Obviously the term libertarian does not mean anarchy, capitalism, crime or disorder. Libertarian Socialism = partecipation and not proxies. it's a hard work but someone must do it! :-)
