This sounds dangerous. Especially, if such vaccines, biofuels and chemicals are turned over to private owners and developed for the sake of profit rather than to benefit society as a whole. The vaccines today controlled by private enterprise are completely unhealthy.

Also, lets not forget the oil barons are probably not going to be too happy about the development of biofuels.
