Van Jones Challenges Glenn Beck to Debate

Powerful speech wherein Van Jones (rhetorically) defends the people against the austerity zealots and issues a direct challenge to reactionary propagandist, Glenn Beck.

The situation with Van Jones is but further vindication for the highly skeptical lens one must adopt in order to derive any value from the mainstream media. If an ardent reactionary such as Glenn Beck is critical of somebody, then that somebody, who is so vilified by Glenn Beck in his role as an apologist and mouthpiece for the bourgeois establishment, must express value in the form of unflattering truth.

Glenn Beck is a weasel whose diligent efforts over the years to painstakingly regurgitate bourgeois values into the hollow minds of his flock amounts to the total of his life's labor. From being a degenerate alcoholic, he rose to prominence as the "unofficial" but "popular" representative of the bourgeoisie and its hangers on (the foremost being the Teabagger movement). Only sweet irony makes any venture to redeem the situation in the form of Beck's approaching cancellation from Faux News due to ratings losses (i.e., profit losses). It seems that capitalism has only one mistress, Glenn, and she be not you.
