American Justice - An Expensive Joke
The condition of the system's judiciary has perturbed me as of late. Working class teenagers receive draconian punishments for relatively minor offenses while a bourgeois brat escapes with what amounts to a slap on the wrist for a serious crime. The situation is both infuriating and appalling. Thoughts on this trend toward excessively punitive measures by the state?
