RedFlag Gets it Wrong

As was mentioned in a previous thread, many of the refugees from Revleft's latest purge have been futilely attempting to establish more 'alternative' forums. One of the more recent examples of the aforementioned initiative is the RedFlag Forum.

Earlier, the administration of the RedFlag decided to pay 'homage' to the Socialist Phalanx by creating a special 'warning' thread in their announcements subforum. The first post reads as follows:

We all remember these idiots from a few months back on revleft, right? The pseudo-leftist ultranationalists who think Strasser and other fascists are leftists.

Well, they mention us and our comrades at red Marx here: http://www.socialistphalanx.com/t638-trying-times-at-revleft

All members of SP will be banned on sight.

Natbols and the like are NOT welcome on leftist forums.

Clearly, this characterization is as fallacious as anything we have encountered from cosmopolitans inclined to render an opinion on the Socialist Phalanx.

To begin with, ultranationalism is anything but congruent with the [left-wing nationalism] this forum espouses. Furthermore, Strasserism is not regarded as anything more than an expression of Third Positionism — and consequently not compatible with the revolutionary socialism or left-wing nationalism that this forum advocates. (Our policy is that certain individual Strasserists may join, so long as the content of their posts does not serve to undermine the ideological integrity of forum. Any posts that fail to meet that standard are automatically redirected to the opposing views section — which is where you will find discussions pertaining to Strasserism, Third Positionism, and fascism.)

This doesn't surprise me. It's much easier for these simpletons to mischaracterize our left-wing nationalism as being akin to "Strasserism" or "Fascism" than to refute our actual views.

The most amusing thing is that they think we would waste our time with a forum of rejects from another forum of rejects. They can't refute our arguments, or even present any sort of coerent ideological front.

Their definition of fascist gets broader and broader every day.

Let's see. I was predicting this back in December (2011). If an individual has the unfortunate desire to immerse himself or herself in the banality and frivolity of online communities created for the contemporary cosmopolitan 'left', s/he will most likely bypass the pitiful imitations of Revleft—created and managed by a bunch of resentful sectarians—and settle for the real thing.

P.S. Die Rote Fahne: Your little smear campaign against the Socialist Phalanx (on at least several leftist sites) ultimately went nowhere. This forum is on a positive trajectory. Have fun with whatever sockpuppets you created in order to start posting on Revleft again.
