A government type called "Crick"?  Empty A government type called "Crick"?

As part of my political outline, it states that I must be familiarized with the the three classified types of government (presidential vs. parliamentary, federal vs. unitary, and crick(?)). I've never heard of it before and it fails to be found in my political textbook.

What the hell is crick as a form of government? I thought it was a way of misspelling the word creek.
