Revolutionary Industrial Unionism (Worker's Party)

It seems to me as though Revolutionary Industrial Unionism, as advocated by the Worker's Party, is basically another name for syndicalism with a political wing. While I currently do not have a stand on Partyism, I do see their argument for suing a party for political agitation and justification for revolution if the party is denied rightful authority through the forces of reaction: police, military, ect. I shall investigate this further.
Any thoughts?
